Aligning Strategy, Industry, and Operations Across the Alliance

Transatlantic Defence Convergence

TDC Team bridges U.S. and European defence ecosystems by aligning strategy, industrial participation, and operational execution across the Alliance.

We support prime contractors, ministries, and innovators in shaping programmes, building credible partnerships, and moving from concept to executable capability—where transatlantic coordination is decisive to outcomes.

Our work spans across U.S. and European programmes, prime contractors, public-sector stakeholders, and innovators.

TDC Team supports U.S. and European stakeholders in tackling complex integration and leadership challenges—aligning objectives, stakeholders, and delivery pathways across the transatlantic link.

How We Work

We work where strategy becomes interoperable capability.

Our engagements focus on early alignment, helping clients clarify objectives before programmes enter formal procurement or contractual phases. We synchronize stakeholders early, before misalignment becomes contractual or political risk.

We deliver practical integration outcomes across the Alliance, informed by operational experience and deep institutional context.

Who we are

TDC Team is led by Peter “Woody” Woodmansee, a former senior U.S. defence executive in Europe, former IAMD civilian lead at HQ U.S. European Command, and retired U.S. Marine officer with more than 20 years supporting U.S.–NATO integration and Alliance capability delivery.

Senior Advisory Network

TDC Team can assemble senior, mission-experienced advisors and executives—bringing deep expertise across NATO, EUCOM/AFRICOM, and key European defence stakeholders. We help clients rigorously test and refine strategies, campaigns, and concepts against real-world operational and political constraints. As part of this work, we strengthen leadership at every level—coaching decision-makers, building succession depth, and reinforcing a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.

Advisors support TDC Team engagements on a case-by-case basis and do not represent governments or institutions unless explicitly contracted.
